Problems logging on whilst outside a domain
Hi everyone,
I've got a laptop with built in wireless card and standard 10/100 card for network. Problem I'm having is I can log in fine on the domain when inside the range of the network for all users but when I exit the domain (go out of range) I can only log in for 3 out of the 53 users!
I get this error message:
"Netlogon service is not running"
when I try to log on.
All the user profiles are in the document and settings folder, the service is running. I'm totally clueless as there's nothing different about the 3 users that can log in (well other than it works for them!)
ANY ideas please?

Have you logged onto the Laptop with the other users while on the domain? If so, it should use cached login info and allow you to logon.
Also, are the 3 accounts using elevated rights (i.e. Power User or Admin)

Where are the machines when you boot them? Are they inside or outside the wireless NAP?

I logged onto all accounts whilst on the domain, its cached all thier profiles. Only thing I can think of is that they're not powerusers.. (although I'm fairly sure they all are)
I'll check when I get back into work tomorrow

Have you tried logging in without the wireless cards in? This is very strange...

I just reread, you have built in wireless. Guess you can't take that card out! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
