    Post Bullets print as ?

Whenever I print from a Windows 2000 Pro machine to this one particular model copier/printer (Canon GP355 PCL) the bullets appear as a ? on the printouts. I have tested this from 2 different Windows 2000 Pro machines, both with the same result. This doesn't occur when printing from an NT or Win 95/98 PC though. The drivers that I am using don't make any mention of Windows 2000 support (Even though the latest version of the drivers are about 4 months old) only Windows 9x and Windows NT are mentioned. Is it a pretty safe bet that this is a driver issue? The copier/printer machine in question isn't our responsibility, but I just want to make sure I have done everything I can to resolve the problem, before passing it along to someone else.

    Thumbs up

    Hi,

Yes, it does sound like a driver issue problem. Drivers from other OS's are usually not compatible with Win2000.

    For your drivers, go here:

    http://www.usa.canon.com/support/files/gp30f.html

It looks like there is a Setup program to download and then the actual driver itself.

Hope this helps you out...Good Luck!
