second processor not recognized in Win2000 Server

A customer has a 2000 Server box with dual processor support but initially just bought one processor and loaded Windows 2000 Advanced Server.He recently added a second processor and the OS does not recognize it.
Is there a quick way to get the OS to recognize it without reinstalling or upgrading?

Thanks buddy I searched all over that knowledge base and it did not find anything boy do I feel like an idiot :-)

I guess I still don't have the M$ language down yet.
