    Post Music Cd Format

    Is there a piece of software I can download that will convert an .mp3 file format into a .cda music cd format?

    if your attempt at converting is to burn the mp3's to cd, then almost every piece of burning sofware will do it. I prefer Nero and have had great success in toasting off many cds from mp3.

    Winamp will also convert the file to something that burning software will convert.

    I prefer to convert to .wav with winamp and not have to rely on the burning software to convert and burn. I have too many cd-r coasters as it is.

    Yeah, I'm definately a Nero guy. It's really easy and reliable when making audio CD's from MP3's. There's no manual encoding or decoding involved. It just does it all for you with a simple drag and drop. However, Nero is not free. You can download the demo, but you need a serial number to run it as a full version.
