W2K Shut down
W2K won't shut down properly. it will restart fine, but when I do a shut down w2k goes thru it routine, then I get a black screen with a flashing curser in the upper lefthand corner of my screen.
M/B Soltek 54AU1, Sound blaster Live Value, 512 meg Ram, Kingston Network Card, ATI Rage AGP Video, AMD k-2 3Dnow 350 CPU,
I've done all the windows updates, along with the SB Live updates. M/B BIOS updates.
I think its a problem caused by the SB Live card, I had this problem once before and the SBL update fixed it, but I just reformatted and now its doing it again.
Any suggestions??
Computers are like life, constantly changing, and without change we would become STAGNET

I have the same problem, but my PC also doesn't restart. I think it has to do with power management??
