Resolved [RESOLVED] External CDROM (Using Parallel Port)

I've got an old Compaq Contura 430C laptop, trying to hook a EXP Model CD940 using the parallel port. System using at the present is Windows 3.1 and DOS 6.0. Can anyone tell me what I need to do, (other than junking it) or even if this can be done with this Compaq. Thanks much.

    Hi.
You need to obtain its DOS and Win3.1 drivers (if any).

If you find these drivers, it should work.

    Good luck.
