Volume turns itself down!
Seems like the more I mess with it the more it frustrates me. I try and turn the sound up, but it automatically slides the volume bar all the way down. I have reinstalled drivers for the sound card and tried new sound card and speakers, so I don't think this is a hardware issue, but I can not seem to be able to remove the volume module from windows. I looked in my 70-210 book, but didn't find anything. If anyone has any clues please help! Thanks <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

If you have a physical volume adjuster on your computer, now would be a good time to clean it! It sound like your "down" key is stuck. I had a women bring me a laptop that had a piece of uncooked rice(?) stuck in the keyboard. Caused the same issues.
