    Post Printers Stops responding?

Recently a Canon copier/printer had it's BIOS upgraded, and also it's OS from version 1.0 to 2.0. This was because users running Win2k and printing to it had there bullets come out as ? Since then though, the copier was renamed on the network. So I had to change the network path on all machines. This was fine except for 2 of the 3 Windows 2000 machines. When I try to enter the Printer properties box it's empty and doesn't even have the add printer button available. It just hangs here and stops responding everytime. Now when either of the users tries to print the app they are trying to print from stops responding. The only thing I can think of trying is upgrading to SP1, though I have my doubts this will work. The good news is that the other Win2k PC prints out bullets fine now, though that isn't much comfort for the two who can't print at all. Does anyone have anything else that might be worth trying, I'm open to suggestions?

Can you uninstall the printer drivers through add remove programs?

    Maybe try add/remove hardware.
