Got any conflict in Device Manager?? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the audio drivers?? Of course, check the mixer as well.

I have tried to reinstall the drivers but nothing works, there is no sign of driver conflict, I have an intergrated soundcard but it works fine but just until I install the service pack 2! I did the whole thing all over but same thing! No sound!!!! Any Ideas!?

What kind of souncard? if it is A WDM device like VIA AC97 then sp2 will cause problems. Try deleting the soundcard from device manager and let windows re-find it.

Is the sound on board or seperate card?
If it is on board, try disabling the dos settings in BIOS.
