Win Me errors

Hi, can u experts help me.

Everytime i clean install Win Me on MY pc, it works for a bit then i keep gettin errors.

The first error woz, everytime i shutdown my pc i got the following error:

REGENV32 caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at c14f:83400040.

so i decieded to delete this from my windows directory.

THEN AFTER SOMETIME I GOT THIS ERROR:

RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module RUNDLL32.EXE at 016f:00400404.

NOW I AM GETTIN THE FOLLWOIN ERROR:

REGEDIS caused an invalid page fault in
module REGEDIS.EXE at 016f:0040b004.

ALSO THIS ERROR:

REGEDIT caused an invalid page fault in
module REGEDIT.EXE at 016f:0040ac30.

I HAVE CLEAN INSTALLED MY PC ABOUT 10 TIMES BUT AFTER USIN WINDOWS ME FOR SOMETIME I KEEP THE GETTIN ERRORS.

AND THE ERROR ALWAYS STARTS OF WITH BY SHUTING DOWN THE PC AND THEN IT SAYS.
