[RESOLVED] ME and Microsoft fax

This may sound dumb but i cant get ms fax to operate in me it dosnt seam to be there do i have to download it or am i just missing it. it omly shows my printer and ms fax is grayed out please help.

I was just browsing the Microsoft Knowlege base and saw this:
