ME anoyance

is there a way to turn the annoying little messages that ME comes up with off without turning the thing they are telling me about off for example
personal start menus i like them but ever time you click start programs you get that horrible little yellow warning box up!! not quite as anoying as that damn paper clip but close

Yellow warning box, if it says "Where have all my programs gone?" then click that little arrow it points to. That should get rid of the box altogether.
