    Post Can't play .wav files on net

    Can play system .wav files but not .wav files from a website.

    WinME
    IE 5.5
    P111/96
    Crystal Audio

    Checked mutimedia settings in control panel,
    Cheked Divice manager
    Can play system .wav files

    Right Click on the file and Save Target As. What kind of internet connection do you have. If you have a modem they won't play because you don't get the data fast enough.

    TO check to see if you can hear .wav files goto www.hamsterdance.com they play a .wav file there.

    Also go into your volume control and enable/turn up the volume on the midi control. most of the files on the net are midi's not wavs
