    Question Uplinking

    I am trying to uplink a D-link 8 port switch to a Linksys 8 port DSL router/hub in an effort to get 12 computers in my office on the internet. The 7 computers I have on the Linksys router all work fine and "see" each other. The others I have hooked to the switch "see" only those on that switch. I have the uplink switch turned on on the DSL router and there is no uplink setting on the switch and I have tried both a straight cable and a crossover cable from uplink to uplink on both boxes with no results. I think I'm on the right track so far, but can't figure out why the two boxes wont communicate. What am I doing wrong?? HELP!!! <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
