Thumbs up Monitor blues have been solved!!

Last night I got our new monitor out of layaway from WalMart and let me tell you.......
    WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT WOOT WOOT!!!

We went from a .27 dot pitch 17 inch monitor that was approximately 5 years old and lately over the last 3 or 4 months had a small high pitch squeel. The picture would go from ok to fuzzy every so often.

NOW... we have a flat screen KDS 17inch (16 inch viewable), .22 dot pitch monitor!!!

You never truly realize how much the monitor makes a differance especially when you think you are used to the old one (that was in need of replacing).

If it aint broke, TWEAK it!
When in doubt, throw it out!!

It is the flat screen CRT... not the flat panel. WISH it was a flat panel!!

Really, wow thats the same one I have. Great minds think alike And yes I love mine. It really helps cut down the glare, which was important to me due to the location of the computer and the big window behind me

I agree. I bought a Hitachi SuperScan 753 19" flat screen monitor 2½ years ago for about $450. I wanted a 19" monitor that would support 1600x1200 @75Hz refresh minimum...
