I personally would like to see the psychology of a hat driver

you know the ones that have hats on their heads or in the back parcel tray...now HAT drivers are a species all to themselves....you ever been stuck behind one or had one come towards you and run you off the road......Hat drivers must do a course to make them the worlds worse drivers...and the hat must be the badge of completion of a successful bad driving course...

or just imagine a Big Jumblied Blonde female Hat Driver....now that would be an avoidable commodity on the road
