thirdfey, they do have in some cases ways of dampening specific sounds such as helicopter blades. Im pretty sure that the noise needs to be constant though for a noise canceler to work, so i dont know if there is an all-purpose dampener yet.

I agree, but only when they are playing country....I just dont think it was meant to be blasted.
