The poor guy who is "Replacing" us knows next to nothing about PC support plus he has to handle the phone system fixing and other clerical duties. It only goes to show that is you kiss *** long enough, you start getting brown all over and the fresh smell that comes with it. I'm not bitter at all as this has happened to me before but, there is some irony here or more like divine karma.
