Is the 233 a socket 7 or a PII? If it is a PII, then you are stuck at where you are because the mulitplier on the CPU is locked down. You would need a buss speed higher than 66mhz to overclock.
If it is a socket 7, then you might be able to do it. Find out what the highest voltage settings your board can take. Then maybe go up one setting. See how stable it is at that setting. If it is unstable, then try to bump the voltage up one more. Do not go too high, because you might damage the CPU. If after a few bumps in the voltage it still is not stable, then assume that your CPU just can get that high, and try a lower setting for it. Remember to use a quality heatsink and fan. Bad cooling is the biggest cause of overclocking attempts not working. Good luck!
