Custom Avitar Wanted

I know there has been several posts about a couple of members that make custom avitars for other members but I can't remember who they are. Brain fade happens when you get old! I know I don't have the required number of posts to be allowed to have one, but I'm wondering what it would take to get one done for me for when I do get there.
