Post Excite@Home Soap Opera

Right now, I am posting this note via NetMeeting and a horrible dialup. It appears that @Home shut down DNS servers, and I can't resove a flipping domain to save my life. Last I heard, all phone lines into the Mediacom office here in des moines were busy...

Head over to www.dslreports.com/forum/ for more info - one user there reported that he was able to continue using his connection, he just had to use some public DNS servers since @home's are shut down.

I just saw on Yahoo headlines that ATT pulled the plug on @home users. What a bummer.

I am ecstatic that my Comcast @Home service is still up, but I am deciding on wether or not I should jump ship to Roadrunner.
It would suck to loose the nice email address...

I just came back up. Excite@Home "inadvertantly" shut off all former ATT Brodadband customers bought out by mediacom.
