Plug the computer in, plug in the phone line to access the Internet, complicated technical stuff like that.

My users usually forget their password. But that one awful day where everyone comes in and their username is set to "Helpdesk" because we had to do an upgrade is always horrible.
My password won't work
Someone changed my login to helpdesk; that's not me
It tells me my username is invalid; what does that mean
Username? We have usernames?

If the have to remember something then they will promplt forget it.
We thought of making names tags with the passwords on them but they would forget to wear the name tags

We have a generic username and password with basic read-only so anybody can connect to any office. The username and password of this account haven't changed in the last year, but people still ask me all the time. Nope, same as last week when you asked me the same question.
