Quantum Controller card
Does anybody know where I can order just the controller cards for Quantum Hard drives???

You will have to send in the drive to be repaired as they consider the logic board a non-servicable part. I had the same problem with a Quantum Fireball a few years back.

What exactly the hard drive's model?
If it CX or LCt series, they mostly have the problems with TDA5247 ICs (Philips).Replacing those chips is possible,but bit problematic,though.
If it's another series HDD, You can find another bad drive (but with good electronics) somewhere at sales or in repair stores.
It's not nesessary looking for exactly same drive,though. Almost all drives within the same serie have the same electronics (list of compatible drives is shown on drive's top cover). Difference beetwen different drives within same serie is only in firmware (written on servo cylinders on the first platter,"zero" head). Firmware also can be changed,by the way.
Just only make sure,what both of printed boards have the same layouts and connections. Letters in model numbers should be the same (i.e. for example,Quantum Fireball CX
6,4 AT and Quantum Fireball CX 10,2 AT have the same electronics).
