Post What was your fav old school shareware game?

Anyone remember the Golden Age of computer gaming, those shareware classics that all of us have played at some point from like 93-96? Loved those games. Anyone know the name of the one shareware game, where you built fighting robots and fought like mortal kombat, but the game ran much faster and was more fun? I think Epic made it...any ideas and what was your fav?

That was a cool game! It was called One Must Fall 2097. I remember you could do some pretty weird moves, even bouncing off the wall.

    Thumbs up

Doom ruled back in the day!

I remember when we loaded a copy of Doom on all the computers in the Computer Lab and had a massive deathmatch tournament. Damn was that awesome.

Duke Nukem for sure and Commander Keen!
Commander Keen reminded me of Super Mario Bros.
