Xmas presents? What to buy Momma?

I think that I am going to give moms puter an overhaul.... got dad new snow tires for his ride and might get him a new rife scope ( man we really are rednecks arent we?) anyway, I was going to get a barebones system from tiger,, or anywhere else for that matter.... QUESTION??? where can i get a barebones kit with like case P/S mobo, processor floppy and cd,,,, for like 200 US,,,,,,, any help would be appreciated.... I am running out of time

AMENDED, speed of the puter is not all that important she doesnt do alot on it and we are on cable so even her 166 that she has now is decent.
like 500 mhx or better.

The only thing anybody gets from me at Christmas is a <a href="http://www.quixtar.com/010-EN/sh/gifts/gift_incentive.asp?root_store_category_id=30013&st ore_id=503" target="_blank">gift album</a>. I hate shopping worse than having teeth pulled without pain killer. So, I just decide how much to spend and buy the appropriate gift album. The recipient gets a catalog with a bunch of stuff in it to choose from, picks what he/she wants, sends in the card, and the gift is shipped to them, prepaid. Thank God for these things. If I had to shop for real, nobody would get anything at all.
