Chapter 8 - Working with MS-DOS
I'm sitting here in class - Operating Systems and we are now going over the three files needed to boot DOS. I sure hope I pay attention closely - I mean I've only been using DOS since I first touched a 286 way back when!
I'm beginning to think I should have just self taught and gotten certs to go with my bachelors of science in education.
My only hope is that when I'm done, I can hook on here as an instructor what with having an education degree and being a graduate (probably with at least high honors) then work my way into a public school job. A real round about way to get to use my bachelors degree, but . . . .
Oh well! I know I can't stomach this for 2 hours so hopefully she'll let us go early. If not I'm outta here at 9

Hang in there.. remember that bot everyone has your knowledge level.. but atleast your teach is not like MY OS teach... sheesh.. "Pay attention to me, 100% of the time, if your not, then your distracting other people from paying 100% attention to me!"

In college I had an English class where we spent waaaaaay too long on subject verb agreement. Some students could not write the sentence "Bob is here" correctly. I'll leave it at that.
