Heh.. is Everquest *really* a game?..

No everquest is not a game, its a ripoff, any game that you HAVE you play online and HAVE to pay is crap. If they are going to force you to play it online and force you to pay each month then they should give you the agme and expansions for free

I've been on it for over 2 years how (2 1/2?) And 3 expansions have some out.

I've spent about $120 on the games themselves, and about $250 in access ($50/6 months). Over 2 1/2 years, thats $370.

Now, I do love to game, but I get bored quickly. A game will last me maybe 2 months. So, lets say they last a little longer and I buy 5 games a year, at $40 each. Over 2 1/2 years, that would have been about $500.

Everquest is always different to me, new people, other people come and go, new equipment, new items, etc...

Haven't we had this discussion before with the result being that those that like it, really like it, and those that don't get it, really don't get it?
By the way, coming from the movie WARGAMES, is tic-tac-toe really a game sense nobody every wins?

my friend tried to get me to play a game called anarchy online, but when i found out you had to pay extra i didnt bother.

everquest looks ok, but i wouldnt pay extra to play it.

im just cheap. if i pay cash for a game i dont see why i have to pay extra just the play the crap. i rather just buy another game

I said it once before and ill say it again..

I bought Every quest once...ONCE...

I installed the $10 game (was on sale ) I tryed to create a account didnt work.. had to wait 3 days before I got a account.. Next after the account was made I had to wait another day to play cause the server was down. I finally got in and found that this game was so ugly and confusing that I stop canceled my account went on the freeway at 120 mph and tossed the game outt he window....
