His account got "suspended" and it is going on a week!!! A WEEK... trying to get this straightened out!!!!! Lets see you find the email address of ebays support people or team or WHATEVER....
So.... BEWARE....

THe ONLY thing I am complaining about is the manuevering through their site to find a simple email address or web based form to send a message asking "yadda yadda this" it is harder than Chinese Algebra bro.
If it aint broke, TWEAK it!
When in doubt, throw it out!!

It looks like Ebay is dropping voice support like so many othe E Companys. I'm not sure i like that. I like to be able to pick up the phone and say "Hey! I need an immediate resolution to a problem" Email is convienient but not as time sensitive.

That happened to me awhile back, I didn't realize that I hadn't changed my address, so ebay kindly alerted me to the fact, and suspended my account. I was able to immeaditaly email them back (reply) and fix the problem. Only in the mean time, I had items up for sale, and lost the time and accounts, so ebay waived all the fees during the suspension, and all was back to normal. It did take a little time, but it worked out in the end for my goof up.

Here's some contact info for Ebay. I've had to call them before to straighten out issues with email etc.
