from a bad flash on a Hayes 4704US accura 56K V90 modem? It was flashed with the correct file but midway through the process a BSOD occured and now the modem is detected and the proper drivers get installed but the modem won't respond. Tried reflashing but still no response. No Dos flash exists, only a windows flash4 program.
