Anyone know a good "interface" scrn shot site
Hi,
We just purchased a machine with Office/Windows XP. Problem is this is going to a home office worker accross the country. As of right now the only machines we have in our office are 9x and 2000. As I was configuring this XP machine I noticed alot of differences (i.e. it is there but you have to know where to look).
This could cause problems if I have to do phone support since I will not "see" what they are seeing. Rather than spending an hour to do something that would take 30 seconds to find if the interface was in front of me, (i.e. "Ok, now describe what you see..") does anyone know where there may be a good site with screen shots of Office XP and Windows XP for me to view. This would make life so much easier until my upgrade.
Thanks,
D

Pick up a book on OfficeXP - that is the best way. Or use Netmeeting so you can see their screen.

Thanks for the reply. There are sites out there with screen shots of XP office and O/S but I have not found real complete ones. Just thought someone might know of a real good one off-hand.
Happy Holidays,
D
