Here is the problem. A file was placed in the recycle bin. Instead of the normal “empty recycle bin” process, the file was deleted from inside the recycle bin folder. Now the recycle bin thinks that the file it still there and will not empty itself out. Keeps give an error stating that it “cannot delete De1: Access is denied” although the recycle bin is empty when you go in to it. I search though the registry trying to see if the name of the file was in there, but had no luck. Any one have any ideas? The recycle bin still functions and empties it self, but will still give that error every time.
