Toolbars
I've put a toolbar at the top of my screen for web addresses (like the taskbar at the bottom) and took the address toolbar off of IE6. Would it be possible to put the standard buttons (back, forward, homepage, etc.) as toolbar at the top too? How would I do this?

I don't think so, the address bar you created is nothing more than a glorified Run line that's on your screen all the time. Controls that are specific to a certain window have to be in that window.
