Cannot save my Themes
OS: WindowsXP Home Edition.
In the display properties, on the themes tab you have the option to save your current theme but when I have clicked on the save option and the dialog box comes up to type your file name in which I do and click save, no file appears which in turn its not saving for some reason. Any help would be very help full. Thanks.

No file appears in the folder you've used to save your theme?
I've just save a test theme successfully on WinXP Pro (using administrative rights).
Could it be your File/Folder properties are masking some types of files (system, hidden)?

I just installed XP on my notebook pc and I can save themes just like that but on my desktop pc no file appears. This is really bugging me. Can any one help? I don't want to format my PC since I haven't had to do that since Octber which is when windowsXP came out.

If yes. Setup your new theme everytime....
If no.
Save and reformat.
