Ok here is another burning issue with XP:
System:
Win XP Pro
Abit VP6
Dual p3 1ghz
2gb pc133
LeadTek GeForce 2 Ultra
2 mirrored 75gb IBM deskstar drives
20x10x40 Ricoh CDRW with JustLink
16x DVD ROM

I have tons of fans(6 case fans and an exchaust system) and never have heat issues.

I use Nero 5.5 (latest version made for Win XP). I get to about 40% burned and get a "could not complete operation" error. JustLink loads fine and I previously burned numerous cds with Win2k and never had an issue.
