    Post Win XP Auto configuered IP

    I have setup XP to run off my 2000 server and 2
    pc's and a laptop. On 1 pc and the laptop the IP were correctly assigned from the server and I am able to log on to the server to get files, internet so on so forth.

    On the other pc I keep getting 'domain cant be found' and instead of the ip from the server XP autoconfigs its own ip address. So I cant log onto my server with the created account at all and Microsoft knowledge base offers no help/resolution. Can anyone give some needed suggestions. Thanxs

    Is this Home or Pro of XP?? Reason I ask is that MS won't allow XP Home to log onto Domain's.
