    Lightbulb VIA 4in1 V 4.35

    has anyone installed the new 4in1 drivers? Is there a big difference? Just curious!

    The only difference is a ACPI fix for XP. That is it. If you are not having ACPI problems then not worth installing.

    The main differnce is the inf for the chipset recognition plus a supposedly improved IDE driver(not), but the inf is better and will clear up some problems with mixed north and southbridge chipsets.

    The 1.40a inf was is 4.34, and the differences DIRECT rom VIA are what I posted originally. The IDE driver is the same as the revious 3 versions!!
