    Post Internet Explorer icons

    Does anyone know how I could customize my website title so it appears with a custom icon in the Internet Explorer favorites? For example; windrivers' homepage appears with a red cross, msn.com has a butterfly icon beside the title when added to the favorites list. Thanks!
