Artgalry.exe, Entry Point Not Found?

When I try to insert a file from the clipart gallery, I get the above error message followed by the following information: The procedure entry point __ic_collate_cp could not be located in the dynamic link library Msvcrt.dll. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? I have tried re-installing Office numerous times and still occurs.

This kind of problem is common if it is installed FROM a server to a PC and then used in stand alone mode.
Or unistalled after a server install and installed stand alone.

Try these two ways and see if they help.

Try copying the .DLL file onto the local machine. Look and change the registry to point to the new location.
ie change the BinDirPath in the registry to point the msoffice on the local PC.

or

Try adding the location of office on the server to the path in the autoexec.bat.

I was actually able to sort this problem out. I completely removed Office 97 Std from the machine and Access 97 (Which was installed seperately). Then I did an install of Office 97 Pro instead and applied SR1 & SR2. This still didnt sort out the problem, but I then installed Outlook 2000 which seemed to clean things up.
