Post Out of memory or system resources?

When trying to add an attachment to an email in Outlook 2000, I get an out of memroy or system resources error. I have tried installing Outlook Express as suggested by Microsoft, and have also tried repairing the Outlook install, and Re-installing it, but get the following error messages: Error 918 installing ODBC driver: Microsoft text driver
ODBC Error 13: Could not load the setup or translator library.
I get the same error, but reffering to the microsoft DBase driver, The Microsoft Excel Driver and the microsoft Paradox Driver.
in addition to them, I get error 1919, error configuring ODBC Data Source.
I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Outlook, but still got the same error messages above, Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

Did you install ACCESS yet. ODBC is a Database thing. Try doing some trouble shooting with access. If you don't have access let me know and I'll snoop around some more.

Also try to install the latest MDAC pack from MS, either 2.51 SP1 or try 2.60, this will work along side an Office 2000 install for additional drivers/dlls and other database stuff.
