You should split the forums by language I.E.

Dephi
VB
Office VBA
C, C++
SQL
Web Development, VBScript, JavaScript, CGI, PHP, etc etc...
Java
Database Programming, Oracle, Sybase, MS-SQL, Interbase, MySQL, Access, etc etc

No offense man, but don't you think that's overkill for a forum that only sees a few posts a day? Tech Tales, Tech-to-Tech, and the lounge see several new threads daily.

There are so many languages, it could have a seperate forum, with about 50 categories! I still say that this should just stay a general programming forum, instead of a specific programming language.

I agree, there are hardly enough posts in this forum to warrant dividing it by language. Most people include the language in their post title anyway, so you can just skip the ones you don't know about.
