U.S. Robotics Control Center

Has anyone tried the new Control Center from U.S. Robotics? I tried it once, but it did not work, so I assumed it was for certain USR modems. I just bought the new V.92 modem, and the software CD came with Control Center. I still does not detect my new modem. I tried it on two of my friends' computers (each different) and it still won't detect my modem; all I see is a coupla lights blinkin' on my modem and then the program quits. I contacted USR Techs, but I have not heard from them in a week.

Anyone know what I'm talkin' about?

Yes i know, i have a USRobotics 56k Voice PRO and i downloaded the freaking software to see if it can upgrade(firmware) my modem but it never detected my modem(because they say only V.92 could be detected) but as you can see, you have a V.92 modem and it doesnt detected your modem neither!
