    Post V.90 Telepath for Win

    Have a GW2K g6-350 computer running Win98. Recently had to reinstall win 98 because of problems. Since then, my modem only goes at about 52k where previously listed at 112K (from the modem icon on the tray).

    What's the deal? I have the MaxMTU string set at 576. I have the latest driver from GW2k for v.90/56k. Is the connect rate being reported by the modem icon correct (i.e. 112k seem fast for a 56k modem)?

    its just giving you the correct speed now instead of just showing what its set for
