I guest I should have not said I have played on the internet about all that I have done is startup a multiplayer game and play with my co-worker. It makes it very interesting when both charaters land up dead. what is cool tho is that in about 13hours I have a level 17 wizard with 333 health and 399 mana.

You can't compare the two. Baldur's Gate series is hard core AD&D. It uses AD&D 3rd edition rules.
Dungeon Siege is just a hack and slash like Diablo...

If you want a good hack n slash, go with Icewind Dale...far more satisfying than DS or Diablo...

I guess the only reason I used Baldurs Gate is it seemed similar and normally I am not into games like Baldurs Gate. I had it at one time. I installed it... played it but it didnt hold my interest for long. I had Diablo (or a demo for it... cant remember which) and the same thing happened, lost interest.

This hasnt been the case on Dungeon Siege. I like it and keep going back to it.

If you want a good RPG (kinda... you dont create your own guy for single player) that is kooky at the same time, try Freedom Force. There is a demo for it. In it you are a super hero in the 60's. That one I like too.

But thats just my little opinion.
If it aint broke, TWEAK it!
When in doubt, throw it out!!

Dungeon Siege ROCKS! If Blizzard ever decides to do a Diablo III, they will definitley have their hands full!
