    Red face New online tool.....


    A new tool will be available online to report application outages.
    These will include billing, inventory, and intranet access


    OK, how are we supposed to access an online tool if our intranet access isn't available (or working)???

    Same way I have to, you just connect to the internet and check the isp status on the home page... simple!
