I swear, some customers come in with the wierdest things, and the customer service reps have to either let them write down the issue or have to write it down word for word like:

Keypad does not work in Allenhurst
Allenhurst is a town south of Asbury Park, NJ....

Cannot make calls after 9PM on weekdays
Now, these phones do not have a time they turn off... They can make calls 24-7...

No works
I couldn't find anyhting wrong with it

I can check my voicemail
Can you tie your shoes, too? Good for you!

My 3-way calling doesn't seem to work when I have another call on hold while roaming on Cingular's network in the outer areas of the Del water gap traveling west on Rt 80....
