Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum comes with a sound editing package, that does the trick, otherwise, It's a long pain staking session with Winamp.. I'm sure there are freeware tools that do what you want, As Chris has already said.

    try this

Good luck, and I hope you find your original..

If you were to do it using Easy CD creator 5 platinum how would it be done. Which part of the program would you have to use and how would you go about doing it.

Vakas, make sure the sound editor is installed (i dont have roxio installed at the moment) But there are help files that show you how to do it, I havent used the software for a long while, but remember that its there.

    Good Luck.

If you don't want to deal with these programs there's always the following option.
Convert the MP3 file to Wav using any MP3-To-Wav freeware utility and then use any sound editing program, such as Creative Wave Studio, to cut it into pieces.

For audio editing, I go with CoolEdit. Its a great prog, can work directly with mp3, and there's a trial version.

I think the trial version only allows a max of 1.5 minutes of mp3 to be opened at once, which would put you in a bind. You can buy the lite version for $20-something. I paid $69 for the full, though, and don't regret it.
