Scanner Problems
Have a customers usb scanner in the shop, connect a usb scanner to the computer and try to scan. I get the please connect your scanner message. Have tried updated drivers, checked for "!"'s in device mangler, tried a different make of scanner, complete removeal (including regedit) of scanner software. The computer detects the scanner is there and asks for the drivers, so it is seeing the scanner. Any ideas to fix this problem would be great!
