    RAID choices

A 2nd 120 GB hdd just came my way for reasons explained in my thread in Tech Lounge. I'm looking to set them up in a RAID array, but having never had two of the exact same model hdd, I'm a bit unfamiliar with the brands involved.

Basically, what would be a good card to get while still spending less than $60?

I use a Promise raid card. Outstanding performance. It's not any of my business but what are you going to use the Raid for?

For the most important of reasons: bragging rights .
But seriously, Ive got two very fast drives that could be made faster by RAIDing em. Basically a 'smoke-em-if-ya-got-em' sentiment.

I've used Promise controller and RAID cards and had no problems to speak of.
