Anyone playing on Battle.net?
Anyone on here playing Warcraft 3 on Battle.net?
I have tried it three times....
1st time.... my butt was handed to me...
2nd time... I lasted longer... but still lost
3rd time... I ALMOST WON, if I hadnt taken the entire army to attack his town.
Well, anyone else trying it on Battle.net?
How far are you through the campaigns?

Well since this move, I have been on a Warcraft 3 break. I actually dove back into it yesterday and beat the 5th level on the Undead campaign.
Tower defense maps? I am not too familiar with those.... send me a link or two.

I just passed the game on normal within the last few days. It was pretty hard because I found myself playing some levels 4-5 times just get the strategy right.
BTW - After finishing that game I can fully see why the retail price for the game was so high. It did take 3 and a half years for it's final release (I think). i was really inpressed with the added story lines, Role playing element, attention to detail of the charactors, Divx movies(great short Movies), and overall Game play(I really liked how they merged the story together with all the campaigns). I'm happy with the 45 bucks i've spent on it.
Hey? Why is my computer prompting me if I would like to accept a cookie? Is it Oatmeal or Chocolate Chip?

I beleive 3 years is an industry standard now................
I Don't know why it should have cost $60 bucks other than the new battle.net servers... Blizzard has a massive team on their projects.. they have Holly wood movie sized budgets for their games now.. I would very surprised if they released 'crap'.
I've liked all their titles.

You answered you're question in you're own statement. You have to come up with the revenue for those movie sized budgets somehow. Also remember this. Most people who hold down regular jobs, get at the very least what's called a "Cost of living increase" each year. It is usually set at somewhere around 5%. And if you are successful and good at what you do, you tend to get more as an incentive/bonus.
