Spool32
Hi,
I have been trying to fix this problem all week, have used the MS knowledge base and all
and still have problem. The basic thing is that I have an HP 4 as a network printer.
User cant print anything, and when I try to
delete the printer to recreate it in the printers file, it locks up, causes a spool32
error and I have to reboot usually.
I have tried safe mode, selective startup, etc etc. Desperation is setting in!! Help
please.

MegaMod
Hi,
You didn't mention which OS...anyway, the latest drivers for your printer are located here:
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/lj4_swen.html
Also, there are links on the left-hand side of that web page for FAQ's, solving a problem, etc.
Good Luck!

Do you have any MIO cards installed? Are you by any chance running HP's Trellis, or Jet Admin?
